cPCI-8312H ADLINK Technology Inc. launches the cPCI-8312H motion control card, which features SSCNETII and High Speed Link bus in a 6U CompactPCI form factor. The cPCI-8312H utilizes 200MHz DSP to perform high performance control for SSCNETII motion.

SSCNETII allows users connect up to 12 servo axes and the High Speed Link bus can realize high-speed remote control. ADLINK provides a wide variety of slave modules supporting SSCNETII. With a single cPCI-8312H unit, users can benefit from the ease of serial servo motor connection, simplified wiring, remote DI/O and AI/O data transmit/receive and remote motion control with 4-axis pulse train output for steppers/servos. The cPCI-8312H is a cost-effective, high performance/cost ratio product which meets the demanding requirements of the machine automation field.

Due to the serial servo connection, users can easily wire multiple servo motors with much less effort. Easy wiring results in fast assembly, requiring less time for debugging, which is especially time consuming in multiple axes systems. In addition, SSCNETII gives real-time response and absolute synchronization, resulting in precise timing control between multiple axes. Furthermore, the High Speed Link bus provides users with remote I/O and motion control for steppers/servos.
