Programmable PDS-8x1 server with rugged design!

IPC2U presents  PDS-811 and PDS-821 programmable device servers (PDS). These servers have  compact, modular, smart and rugged design and are constructed for connecting  RS-232 and RS-422/485 serial devices to an Ethernet network.  PDS-811 is equipped with  one I/O expansion slot,  PDS-821 with  two I/O expansion slots for integration of various 2- or 4-port serial communication modules. Thus up to 4 serial ports can be installed on  PDS-811 or up to 8 serial ports on  PDS-821.

Programmable PDS-8x1 server are also equipped with built-in operating system MiniOS7, that ensures a rapid and at the same time reliable work: booting lasts just 1 sec. Moreover, the  PDS-8x1 are low power consuming and demand less maintenance  (because without hard disc and fan). The servers are built from  fire retardant materials (UL94-V0 level) with a robust case.
