eFIAT-100 - the slim, cost effective floor information acquisition terminal!

IPC2U presents the eFIAT floor information acquisition terminal series. This series includes  low cost devices for shop floor information systems. eFIAT feautures a compact, cost-effective, easy-to-use, easy-to-integrate design  linked to rich communication functionality and turnkey data reading software. The eFIAT is perfectly suitable for applications where the linkage between the shop floor to ERP systems is required. eFIAT provides it with AIDC technologies likes barcodes and RFID.
 
The eFIAT-100's slim design enables its deployment in production lines, assembly lines or quality assurance information collection, which are usually characterized by limited working space and where a full-sized computer is unnecessary. Additionally, the eFIAT-100 can be integrated with AIDC peripherals and other various expansion interfaces and feed real-time information to the host over the network. To reduce data collecting problems, the eFIAT-100 is equipped with special features for protection against unexpected system failures like data by redundant backup architecture.
 
eFIAT-100 is based on open ARM9 architecture and has Linux as operational system. SDK (Software Development Kit) for both Linux programming on eFIAT-100 and desktop application software development are also provided.
 
eFIAT-100 can be managed and configured via Internet. eFIAT-100 is designed to withstand various exception circumstance which happens at floor e.g. network and power failures or data loss danger.
